What does Eatrys cost?
Nothing to join — no setup fee, no monthly minimum. Eatrys takes a commission only on orders placed through the app (see pricing above). Walk-up sales at your window are yours entirely, always.
Do walk-up customers cost me anything?
No. Being on the map, going live, and serving walk-ups is free forever. We only earn when the app itself brings you an order.
How do I get paid?
Card payments are processed securely end-to-end and paid out to your bank account. You set up payouts once during onboarding.
How long does it take to get on the map?
Create your account, add your truck's details, and submit. Every truck is reviewed before going live — you'll get a notification the moment you're approved.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Your phone is the whole system — go live, take orders, manage your menu, and track earnings from the Eatrys for Vendors app.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers everything you need to run your truck — going live, your pin on the map, orders, walk-ups, your menu, your followers, and payouts — and it never expires. Pro is an optional $9.99/month add-on with the growth tools: full Hot Zones so you know where to park, your complete regulars list, deeper analytics and exports, staff logins, recurring schedules, and priority catering leads. Your rates are exactly the same either way — Pro changes what the app can do, never what you pay on a sale.
Is Free actually free, or is it a trial?
Actually free. There's no trial period, no expiry, and no card required. Plenty of trucks will run their whole business on Free forever, and that's fine by us — we only earn when the app brings you an order.
What happens when my founding year of Pro ends?
You drop to Free and keep everything — all your data, your regulars, your history, your exports. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage; the Pro tools simply go quiet until you subscribe. We'll tell you a month before it happens, so it's never a surprise.
What about catering and events?
Catering requests come straight to you in the app: you see the date, headcount, and budget, then quote and confirm. Event bookings are typically the biggest checks a truck earns.
